Charline Berrouet, NP

Charline Berrouet, NP

Nurse Practitioner

Charline is a certified Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with a Master’s Degree in Primary Care. She also earned an Honor’s Degree from the university of Phoenix. Charline’s responsibilities include Endovascular patient consultations and she performs Sclerotherapy treatment for small reticular and spider veins and Endovenous laser treatment (EVLT) for varicose veins and vein insuffiency. In addition, Charline performs physical examinations, diagnoses and treats vascular conditions and helps to manage chronic conditions. As an ARNP Charline is licensed to prescribe medications, physical therapy and rehabilitation therapies as needed.

Charline joined South Florida Vascular Associates in 2006.


Marisa Gardner, PA-C

Marisa Gardner, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Marisa Gardner is a board certified Physician Assistant (PA). Marisa specializes in endovascular patient consultations and pre and post procedure office visits. Her responsibilities include performing physical exams, interpreting test results, diagnosing vascular conditions and developing patient treatment plans. Additionally, Marisa assists our physicians in the treatment of venous insufficiency with phlebectomy for varicose veins.

Marisa completed her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant studies from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI in 2011.

Marisa joined South Florida Vascular Associates in 2015.


Mana Khatkar, PA-C

Mana Khatkar, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Mana is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Florida. She also has earned a Master of Health Education degree from the University of Florida in 2009.

Mana conducts endovascular patient consultations as well as pre and post procedural office visits. Her responsibilities include performing exams, interpreting study results, formulating a diagnosis and delivering the highest level of quality care through an individualized treatment plan specific to each patient’s need.

She takes the time needed to educate her patients and address any questions or concerns that they may have, in order to make their treatment course as comfortable as possible.

Mana joined South Florida Vascular Associates in 2016.


Meet Our OR Team

At our facility, patients receive the highest level of care from our dynamic operating room team of registered nurses and radiology technologists who are committed to providing the best patient experience in a comfortable environment.

Our RNs are expert clinicians and professionally trained in critical care nursing, procedural care and recovery, conscious sedation, IV insertion, and managing medical emergencies. Each patient will receive individualized one-on-one nursing care to ensure safety and decrease anxiety. During each procedure, the physicians are assisted by one of our specially trained radiology technologists who are certified in vascular-interventional radiography.

Here at SFVA, we are passionate about keeping our patients well-informed about their procedure and follow-up care, so a team member will communicate with our patients every step of the way.
